- Implement, configure, and customize Oracle HRMS modules to meet business needs
- Work on modules including Core HR, HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Self-Service
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to end-users
- Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, and end-user manuals
- Provide training to end-users and support adoption
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore teams
- Translate business requirements into Oracle EBS HRMS solutions
- Customize, extend, and integrate solutions using Oracle technologies
