Oracle CPQ Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• In your role with the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily lead efforts to deliver top-notch and value-driven consulting solutions to clients, guiding them through various stages from defining problems to diagnosing issues, designing solutions, developing them, and ultimately deploying them.
• You will assess the proposals crafted by consultants, providing strategic guidance and analyzing the solutions tailored for client business challenges to pinpoint any potential risks or concerns.
• Identifying change management needs will be part of your responsibilities, where you will suggest a systematic approach to clients for effectively managing change through various communication channels.
• Your role will also involve mentoring the team, creating a compelling vision, delivering subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and inspiring team members through constructive feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.
• As a vital contributor to unit-level and organizational initiatives, your goal will be to deliver high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• We seek candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle CPQ Big Machines, including BML and BMQL.
• A combination of CPQ design and development experience is essential.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and XML is required.
• A strong understanding of the product is crucial.
• You should be capable of functioning as a CPQ Designer Developer based on project requirements.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies is necessary.
• Experience with standard operating procedures for pre and post-production support activities is required.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Engage with technical leads to design and develop all necessary software to meet the requirements.
• Write code in BML, BMQL, JavaScript, Java, etc., to meet product specifications and requirements.
• Create PL/SQL and SQL interfaces and reports as needed to support requested functionalities.
• Document all technical design choices and coding in design documentation.
• Collaborate with Oracle Support Services to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Develop integrated test scenarios, identify test data, and execute testing protocols.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve identified issues while documenting the outcomes.
• Initiate and take part in the production rollout processes.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation abilities.
