Oracle Cloud Order Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role with the Infosys consulting team, your primary focus will be on identifying core customer challenges, diagnosing problem areas, crafting innovative solutions, and facilitating their implementation to ensure client satisfaction
• You will take ownership of specific sections of proposal documents, contributing to the solution design process based on your expertise
• You will organize configuration activities, set up the product according to the design, lead conference room pilots, and assist in addressing any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution product demonstrations, POC (Proof of Concept) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints and organizational financial guidelines
• Actively manage small projects and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at providing high-quality, value-added solutions to clients

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion in Order Management modules
• At least 2 full life cycle implementation experiences with practical configuration, implementation, and support
• Accountable for leading requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support
• Experience with data migration using FBDI
• Strong background in gathering requirements and designing solutions for very high transaction volumes, along with substantial experience in performance testing
• Proficiency in designing and delivering complex custom solutions within a highly integrated application landscape
• Experience in managing integrations with external partner applications, including E-Commerce portals, part catalogs, trading partners, suppliers, customers, and EDI
