Job Description
- Provide expert functional consultancy and support for Oracle Cloud O2C modules, including Receivables, Order Management, and Revenue Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex business requirements, issues, and workflow challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and change requests.
- Partner with business users to streamline O2C operations and address high-priority escalations.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and best practices.
