Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead to lead the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud Financials. The position demands deep functional expertise across finance modules, close collaboration with business stakeholders, and direct involvement in end-to-end delivery for full lifecycle projects in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities 

• Own the end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
• Configure and administer key modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle ERP functionality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Execute full lifecycle project activities, including testing, rollout, and support.
• Diagnose functional issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, business processes, and test scripts.

Required Skills & Experience 

• 4+ years of practical, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Functional expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle implementations and providing support after go-live.
• Thorough knowledge of core financial processes and accounting principles.
• Proven problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation Certification.
• Experience working across multiple industries.
• Experience integrating cloud and on-premise systems.
