Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud Conversion projects.
• Lead and manage the application development team, driving performance and delivery.
• Engage with multiple teams to make key technical and project decisions.
• Oversee the design, development, and configuration of Oracle Cloud applications.
• Act as the primary contact for application-related queries and issues.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects, including timelines, quality, and compliance.
• Provide solutions to technical challenges within the team and across multiple teams.
• Guide and mentor team members on best practices, methodologies, and Oracle Cloud standards.
