Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and define solution requirements
Develop a collaboration framework to lead cross-functional teams across business, development, and IT
Build and maintain functional and technical design specifications and data flows
Develop prototypes and oversee solution development controls
Participate in technology selection processes and manage vendor engagements
Lead organizational change management and transition activities
Contribute to project execution within agile and project management frameworks

Support solution planning and estimation for implementations, upgrades, and migrations
Drive innovation and improve delivery practices across Oracle systems
Maintain standards and frameworks for Oracle solutions
Provide oversight for end-to-end solution delivery

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance Applications, or related field
4+ years of experience in business requirements analysis, documentation, process mapping, and training material creation
Experience working with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (SMC) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
Exposure to Oracle CPQ is a plus
Involvement in at least two Oracle EBS R12 implementations in Supply Chain or Financial modules
Basic knowledge of SQL and related technical concepts
Strong functional knowledge with deep understanding of setups, features, and test cycles
Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud and AWS
