Partner with key team members to analyze business needs and solution requirements
Create a collaboration framework and lead cross-functional development, business, and IT teams
Build and own functional and technical design specifications, including data flows
Develop solution prototypes and manage the solution development lifecycle
Participate in technology selection processes and lead coordination with external vendors
Lead organizational change management and solution transition planning
Work within project management or agile delivery methodologies
Participate in strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
Support solution planning, including estimation for implementations, upgrades, and migrations
Drive innovation and promote continuous improvement in design and delivery practices
Support and maintain standards for Oracle Cloud solutions and frameworks
Provide management and oversight for successful delivery of solutions

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or Finance
4+ years of experience in:
Business requirements analysis
Documenting process flows, functional requirements, and training materials
Experience with:
Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (SMC)
Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
Knowledge of Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) applications is a plus
Experience with at least two Oracle EBS (R12) implementations in Supply Chain or Finance modules is highly desired
Basic knowledge of SQL and other technical tools/concepts is preferred
