Oracle BRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience the daily routine of an Infoscion
• In your role as a member of the Infosys delivery team, your primary focus will be on engaging with the client to address quality assurance concerns and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
• You will analyze requirements, create and review design specifications, validate architectural frameworks, and maintain high service levels for clients within the technology sector
• Your involvement will include project estimation, providing insights for solution delivery, conducting technical risk assessments, and reviewing code and unit test plans
• You will mentor and direct your teams in developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables while promoting knowledge management and compliance with organizational standards and processes

Technical Requirements:

• We seek candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in requirement analysis, solution design, development, and customization of Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) applications, including expertise in designing Collections, pricing plans, products, discounts, and charge-sharing
• Candidates should possess experience in any of the following modules: Collections Management, Pipeline Management, Subscription Management, Rating, Discounting, Billing, Invoicing, Payments, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Third-Party Integration
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, C, C++, Java, with expertise in XSLT and PL/SQL is essential
• Candidates with a solid understanding of Telecom and ISP operations will be preferred

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conduct debugging, incident problem analysis, and root cause identification
• You will investigate alternative solutions based on research that includes literature reviews, public domain information, vendor evaluations, and more
• Additionally, you will be responsible for building proof of concepts (POCs)
• From business needs, you will generate requirement specifications, define future processes, and create detailed functional designs
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements on the products, diagnosing any issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying potential solution alternatives
• Furthermore, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to customers
