Primary Responsibilities:

• A typical day for an Infoscion includes:
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to support the consulting team across various project phases, such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
• You will evaluate alternative solutions based on thorough research, which may include literature reviews, public domain information, vendor assessments, and more.
• Additionally, you will develop Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Your role will involve crafting requirement specifications from business needs, defining future processes, and producing detailed functional designs aligned with those requirements.
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements within the products, identifying issues, diagnosing root causes, seeking clarifications, and recommending potential solution alternatives.
• You will also engage in both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.

Technical Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Oracle B2C Service Cloud RightNow CX implementation, development, customization, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle B2C Service Cloud architecture, data model, configuration, and customization features.
• Demonstrated ability in developing Custom Scripts, Custom Processes, BUI Extensions, Add-Ins, Business Rules, and Workspaces.
• Extensive experience with REST APIs for integrating Oracle B2C Service Cloud with other systems.
• Proficient in PHP.
• Skilled in .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ROQL, and ConnectPHP.
• Experience with middleware integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Familiarity with Oracle B2C functionalities like Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, and External Objects.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and proficiency in SQL.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities with attention to detail.
• Possession of Oracle B2C Service Cloud certifications is a notable advantage.

Additional Duties:

• Convert complex business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications and solution designs.
• Design and implement complete solutions that include self-service portals, agent desktops, knowledge management, and integration points.
• Provide expert advice on maximizing Oracle B2C Service Cloud features such as Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, and External Objects.
• Remain updated on the latest advancements, enhancements, and roadmap of Oracle B2C Service Cloud, ensuring the incorporation of new functionalities.
