Ops Finance Manager

• Lead the development and implementation of productivity initiatives across Operations.
• Provide key support on multiple projects, clearly delivering complex information and recommendations.
• Maintain and validate the Smartsheet productivity repository and related dashboards.
• Interact with finance groups, including functional FP&A, to align financial insights.
• Develop and use complex financial models to support decision-making.
• Identify and execute process improvement opportunities through automation and analytics.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and support special projects.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to productivity initiatives.
• Provide training and support on productivity processes, reporting, and standards.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support business transformation.
• Ensure alignment between Smartsheet dashboards and Amgen Sensing dashboards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree
• OR
• Master's degree with 4–6 years of finance and technology experience
• OR
• Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of finance and technology experience
• OR
• Diploma with 10–12 years of finance and technology experience

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Smartsheet datasets and dashboards
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Experience with finance systems: Hyperion, Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel
• Expertise in financial data analytics, reporting, and forecasting
• Experience in automation and process optimization
• Ability to improve data governance and productivity reporting processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with optimizing data flows
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
• Understanding of AI applications in finance
