Job Description

  • Interact with front office/client integration to ensure proper account documentation is obtained from customers before approving client onboarding
  • Interface with and provide support to:
  • Client Onboarding
  • FCT
  • Compliance teams
  • Review and approve Static Data Amendments for existing customer accounts
  • Conduct reviews of existing clients to assess:
  • Status
  • Data veracity and amendments
  • Country of incorporation
  • Assignment of appropriate risk classification

Mandatory Skill Set:

  • Strong understanding of AML and Client Onboarding regulations for India/AEJ
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Skill Set:

  • Strong desire to learn each task and ensure timely completion
  • Bachelor's degree and expertise in CDD/AML
  • Ability to think strategically alongside the business and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and conduct complex AML surveillance reviews, investigations, and analysis
  • Experience in virtual team environments is a plus
