Opportunity For Warehouse Executive

• Day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory control.
• Ensure timely inbound and outbound material movement as per dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with transporters and 3PL service providers for smooth dispatch operations and cost optimization.
• Maintain accurate stock records, GRNs, MRNs, and related documentation in SAP or other inventory systems.
• Organize warehouse layout, ensure goods are properly labeled and stored, and maintain FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure safe and efficient handling of materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical stock verifications; reconcile discrepancies and report variances.
• Prepare and share MIS reports on stock levels, dispatches, and material movements.
• Assist in vendor audits and ensure all warehouse operations comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for material availability and dispatch planning.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree / Diploma in Logistics or minimum of 2-4 years of experience in warehouse or dispatch operations
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, material handling, and dispatch planning.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
