BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR Recruitment Partner

Category A

In Category A, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will source job vacancies from esteemed Corporations [from any location domestically or internationally] for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. Upon receiving job vacancies, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will identify suitable candidates in alignment with the client's requirements. Neugene will provide access to a comprehensive databank of candidates to facilitate the sourcing of appropriate talent.

Category B

In Category B, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will receive job vacancies directly from Neugene for its clients. Key responsibilities include screening qualified candidates for the vacancies provided by Neugene's clients. Following the screening process, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will submit the candidates' profiles for client shortlisting, and once candidates are shortlisted, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will coordinate interviews according to the client's timetable.
