BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR Recruitment Partner

Category A

In Category A, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will identify job vacancies from prominent Corporations [from any location, domestically or internationally] for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. Upon receiving the job openings, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will source suitable candidates according to the client's requirements. Neugene will provide access to a comprehensive databank of candidates to assist in finding the right talent.

Category B

In Category B, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will receive job vacancies directly from Neugene for its clients. The primary duties will include screening the appropriate candidates for the vacancies provided by Neugene. After the screening process, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will submit candidate profiles for client short-listing. Once candidates are shortlisted, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will schedule interviews according to the client's availability.
