BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR Recruitment Partner

Category A

In Category A, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will identify vacancies from reputable Corporate(s) [from any location in the country/abroad] for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. Upon receiving the vacancies, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will source suitable candidates that align with the client's requirements. Neugene will provide access to a comprehensive databank of candidates to facilitate the right candidate selection.

Category B

In Category B, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will receive vacancies directly from Neugene for its clients. Key responsibilities will include screening appropriate candidates for the vacancies received from Neugene's clients. Following the screening process, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will submit candidates' profiles for client short-listing. Once candidates are shortlisted, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will arrange interviews as per the client's schedule.
