BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR Recruitment Partner

Category A

In Category A, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will identify vacancies from reputable Corporations [from any location nationally or internationally] for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. Upon receiving the vacancies, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will seek suitable candidates in accordance with the client's requirements. Neugene will provide access to a comprehensive candidate databank to facilitate the sourcing of the right individuals.

Category B

In Category B, the HR Recruitment Business Partner receives vacancies directly from Neugene for its clients. The main responsibilities of the HR Recruitment Partner will include screening suitable candidates for the vacancies provided by Neugene's clients. After screening, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will submit the candidates’ profiles for client shortlisting. Once candidates are shortlisted, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will arrange interviews according to the client’s schedule.
