BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR Recruiting partner

Category A

Under Category A, HR Recruitment Business Partner will source the vacancies from reputed Corporate(s) [from any location in the country/Overseas], for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. After receiving the vacancies, HR Recruitment Business Partner Partner will identify suitable candidates aligned with the client’s requisition. Neugene will provide access to a complete databank of available candidates to help source the right profiles.

Category B

Under Category B, HR Recruitment Business Partner receives vacancies directly from Neugene for its clients. HR Recruiting partner's main responsibilities include screening the right candidates for the vacancies received from Neugene for its clients. Following screening, HR Recruitment Business Partner will forward their profiles for submission to the client for short-listing. Once the candidates are short-listed, HR Recruitment Business Partner will schedule the candidates for interview in accordance with the client’s timeline.
