BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR Recruiting partner

Category A

Under Category A, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will source the vacancies from reputed Corporate(s) [from any location in the country/Overseas], for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. On receiving the vacancies, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will identify suitable candidates in line with the client’s requisition. Neugene will provide access to a complete databank of candidates available to source the right candidates.

Category B

Under Category B, the HR Recruitment Business Partner receives vacancies directly from Neugene for its clients. The HR Recruiting partner’s primary responsibilities include screening the right candidates for the vacancies received from Neugene for its clients. After screening, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will forward their profiles for submission to the client for short-listing. Once candidates are short-listed, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will schedule the candidates for interview as per the client’s schedule.
