Opportunity For Production Executive

The Production Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring daily production activities as per schedule. The role involves coordinating with various departments (QC, Stores, Dispatch, etc.), managing manpower, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely completion of production targets with adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the production plan as per schedule.
• Create and manage production orders in SAP.
• Collect batch cards from the QC department and maintain proper batch records.
• Issue raw materials and packing materials after batch completion.
• Coordinate with the QC team for any production or batch-related issues.
• Manage and allocate manpower to ensure timely order completion.
• Organize overtime production as needed to meet targets.
• Check raw material availability as per production plan and coordinate for requirements.
• Handle reprocessing of returnable, slow-moving, or expired materials with QC and stores.
• Oversee refilling, labeling, and packing of products as per sales orders.
• Train workers on batch processing, labeling, packing, safety, and shop floor discipline.
• Plan and deploy manpower across shifts.
• Coordinate with supporting departments to achieve production targets.
• Ensure proper handover of finished goods from production to dispatch.
• Verify logbooks and ensure production completion as per schedule.
