Operations Reliability Engineer

Job description

• - 10 years technical experience (Quality and/or Engineering) with focus on Failure Analysis.
• - A degree in an engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Materials.
• - Deep understanding of reliability engineering concepts, such as Weibull analysis.
• - Expertise in problem solving methodologies (5 why, fishbone, 8D), Failure analysis.
• - Proficiency in Statistics, FMEAs.
• - Certified as CRE, CQE or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus.
• - Travel up to 40%.

• - Strong Communication skills with ability to understand and concisely communicate issues.
• - Ability to work and multi task in a fast paced, technically dynamic environment.
• - High energy and highly motivated with the zeal to drive closure of issues across cultures.
• - Written and verbal fluency in English.
