Operations Manager - Custom House Agent (CHA)

Location: Nhava Sheva (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end CHA operations at Nhava Sheva
• Ensure timely and compliant clearance of import/export consignments
• Maintain adherence to Customs & Allied Acts and SOPs
• Implement cost-effective measures and streamline operational processes
• Coordinate with customs, shipping lines, transporters, and CFS authorities
• Attend trade facilitation meetings and represent company interests
• Define KRAs/KPIs and lead performance evaluations
• Uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
