Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end operations within the US Healthcare process to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee daily team performance and ensure compliance with SLAs, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor team leaders and associates to build high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, data security, and organizational policies.
  • Provide strategic inputs, analyze key metrics, and present performance reports to senior management.

Experience: Proven experience as a Manager or Deputy Manager in US Healthcare operations with strong expertise in team management and process excellence

Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
