  • Candidates will geosteer horizontal wells within specific targets, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary global technical team. Stream real-time LWD/MWD and azimuthal ultra-deep resistivity data into Petrel projects and make forward-looking well path scenarios using in house tools. Assess and analyze all available data and communicate recommendations to geo-steer successful well trajectories.
  • Candidates will supervise and provide technical assistance to wellsite geological services (mudlogging, LWD/MWD, wireline, and coring), real-time data monitoring and interpretation. Maintain open communication with the wellsite geologists, project geologists, petrophysicists, drilling crews, and management teams.
  • Candidates will discuss and decide on data acquisition depths (pressures, tracers, other points of interest (shale breaks)) as per the drilling program.
  • Candidates should have an understanding on pressure prediction/ pressure surveillance, geo-mechanics for smooth operations.
  • Candidates should be willing to work for 8 to 12 hours shift and attend handover meetings beyond the shift hours.
