OpenText UCMDB / CMS SME

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience working with asset management systems, including OpenText UCMDB (formerly Microfocus)
• Strong proficiency with:
• UCMDB / Universal Discovery (UD)
• CI Type Manager, TQL
• Modeling Studio, Enrichment Manager
• User roles and security
• Connect-IT Scenario Integration
• Ad-hoc Report generation catering user requests

• Solid infrastructure knowledge, including:
• Windows and Linux systems
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches)
• Windows/UNIX basics
• SQL (Oracle and/or MS SQL)
• VMware and virtualization concepts
• JAMF, SCCM integration concepts
