OpenText Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Server Administration: Expert in OpenText Content Server administration, including user/group permissions and metadata management.
• Directory and Archive Management: Administer OpenText Directory Services and OpenText Archive Center.
• Extended ECM & Workflow Development: Support Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors, develop workflows, and configure OpenText Smart UI.
• PowerDocs and Template Development: Develop templates using OpenText PowerDocs and support template design initiatives.
• Records and Metadata Management: Expert knowledge in OpenText Records Management and metadata management.
• SAP SuccessFactors Integration: Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related integration points with OpenText.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain OpenText Web Reports.
• User Support and Permissions: Configure user access, groups, and permissions following best practices.
