Primary Duties:

• Major Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and sustain OpenText IDP templates, communications, and output packages for both print and digital platforms
• Convert functional requirements into IDP design artifacts, including data mappings and composition logic
• Create reusable components, rules, and shared content to enhance consistency and shorten delivery timelines
• Configure and verify outputs such as PDF, AFP, PostScript, and HTML where applicable, ensuring layout precision and adherence to brand standards

Technical Qualifications:

• Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA, or equivalent)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in document composition, with substantial hands-on knowledge of OpenText IDP
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining templates, business rules, and dynamic content for customer communications
• Strong debugging capabilities, with the ability to analyze composition challenges and implement effective solutions
• Familiarity with SDLC practices, version control, and release management processes
