Job Description:

• Position Overview
• Develop and expand contemporary cloud-native solutions that ensure continuous and secure data movement
• This position involves hands-on work with OpenText Exstream to create and implement robust pipelines and services utilizing Kafka for high-throughput streaming and Jenkins to automate build, test, and release processes
• You will work closely with engineers, platform teams, and stakeholders to transform concepts into production-ready capabilities, enhancing performance, resilience, and developer experience throughout the project lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:

• OpenText Exstream Development
• Design, develop, and sustain customer communication solutions utilizing OpenText Exstream
• Create and refine templates, business rules, and document workflows for both print and digital channels
• Develop personalized, high-volume customer communications that meet business needs
• Document Composition Integration
• Design document templates, forms, and correspondence packages using Exstream tools
• Configure data mapping, conditional logic, and multi-channel output delivery
• Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, and workflow systems
• Testing Support
• Execute testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance enhancements
• Assist with deployments, release activities, and production migrations
• Conduct root cause analysis and ensure dependable document generation processes
• Collaboration Quality
• Engage in technical reviews, Agile ceremonies, and solution design discussions
• Maintain technical documentation and uphold development standards and best practices
• Partner with business QA and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• AI Enablement as applicable
• Contribute to AI-driven document automation, communication optimization, and platform integrations as relevant

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications
• Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA
• 3-5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery, with substantial hands-on experience in GCP
• Extensive working knowledge of Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows
• Strong troubleshooting abilities, understanding of the SDLC, and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment
