Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of medical coders specializing in Radiology.
• Ensure accurate coding and compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS standards.
• Collaborate with the billing department to optimize the revenue cycle and resolve denials.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for external coding reviews.
• Provide coding training and updates to the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: CPC, CCS, or equivalent coding certification required.
• Experience:5+ years of Radiology , with 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Proficiency in coding software, strong leadership, and excellent attention to detail.
