Opening For ED Coder

1. Review and analyze medical records to assign appropriate ED codes.

2. Demonstrate proficiency in coding for multiple medical specialties.

3. Stay updated on coding changes and guidelines across different specialties to ensure accurate code assignment.

4. Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and documentation requirements for various medical specialties.

5. Maintain a high level of accuracy in code assignment to support billing and reimbursement processes.

6. Stay informed about changes in coding regulations, payer policies, and industry trends.

7. Effectively communicate with internal teams to address coding-related queries. Maintains high degree of professional and ethical standards.

Skills Required:

• Must be a ED coder e.g., should be able to code and audit the ED coding, Office based coding.
• Must have an experience in multi practice management software.
• Analyze medical records and identify documentation deficiencies
• Well-versed with ICD-10, CPT guidelines and its implementation.
• Specialized in ED coding.
• Handle the day-to-day operations of the Coding
• Assign diagnosis and procedure codes for the patient charts
• Ensure 95% quality on production
• Adherence to the company's Coding Compliance policy/plan internal and External (clients).

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

• Any graduate with good domain knowledge
• Minimum 1 Years experience in the respective specialty (ED).
