Onsite Support Executives

• Candidate should know Tally.ERP9 & Software.

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.

• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.

Key responsibilities

• Network design and implementation: Plan and install new network components, including physical hardware, to meet business needs.
• Maintenance and upgrades: Perform regular maintenance, install software patches, and upgrade network hardware to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshooting and support: Diagnose and resolve network hardware, software, and connectivity issues, providing on-site technical support to users.
• Security: Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and VPNs, to protect data and systems.
• Monitoring and analysis: Monitor network performance, analyze data to identify potential issues, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
• User and vendor collaboration: Coordinate with users to address their needs and work with third-party vendors for services and support. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Deep understanding of networking technologies and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage projects and work autonomously
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles
