Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Project Management

  • Lead the full lifecycle of client onboarding for platforms such as:
  • BPS Core Books & Records
  • Workflow Suite (SRFB, P&S, Seg Deficits, Margin, Asset Transfer)
  • FXL Cash Management System
  • Astrid Corporate Action Platform
  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and challenges proactively.
  • Oversee change orders and scope adjustments as project requirements evolve.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the onboarding process, fostering strong business relationships.
  • Provide transparent and timely project updates to clients and executive leadership.
  • Escalate emerging risks or issues promptly to safeguard project timelines and budgets.
  • Guide clients toward solutions that support strategic direction and business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Technology, and Operations to ensure alignment with project goals and execution.
  • Influence stakeholders without direct authority to drive successful outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards.

Communication & Reporting

  • Present complex information and project data clearly and logically.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for onboarding activities, progress, and lessons learned.
