Key Deliverables

1. Drive acquisitions and onboard outlets from lead lists.
2. Ensure smooth transition of outlets from onboarding to account management.
3. Address and escalate issues to city and central teams.
4. Ensure proper subscription of starter packs with the restaurant.

Role Responsibilities

1. Handle onboarding of EANO and NRO accounts passed from City, Central, and VAM teams.
2. Manage onboarding escalations for respective cities.
3. Oversee the subscription of marketing materials for new outlets.
4. Coordinate and manage transitions for successful account management.
