Job Description
- Install and deploy OFSAA FCCM products, including AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, and CS.
- Conduct workshops and trainings on FCCM product functionalities.
- Provide functional delivery support, including requirement mapping, BRD preparation, configuration, testing, and rollout.
- Work within Agile or Water-Scrum-Fall development methodologies.
- Support all testing phases including system testing, SIT, UAT, and production support.
- Ensure rapid turnaround of defect fixes.
- Assist in installation, migration, and configuration of real-time functionalities like Watchlist Management, RAOR, Customer Screening, Transaction Filtering, and EDQ.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation and functional support.
- Optionally, upskill in emerging areas such as Machine Learning, Blockchain, and BI tools.
