Job Description
- Responsible for operation and cleaning of PFS/Vial filling, stoppering, and sealing machine.
- Responsible for operation and cleaning of Lyophilizer machine.
- Responsible for involvement in aseptic media fills formulation and filling activities in aseptic areas.
- Responsible for operation and cleaning of HPHV steam sterilizer.
- Responsible for cleaning, preparation of machine parts and loads as per load pattern.
- Preparation and filtration of disinfectants, IPA, etc.
- Responsible for area and equipment cleaning in FP facility.
- Handling of APA equipment and involvement in personnel gowning qualification.
- Online execution of batch documents and related logbooks.
- Handling of various types of filters and performing filter integrity tests.
- Execution of preventive maintenance plan for equipment in coordination with engineering.
- Maintaining day-to-day activities in manufacturing areas.
- Performing DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ for equipment in aseptic processing and associated areas.
