Job Description
- Complete administration management including daily office operations
- Assist HR in recruitment processes and screening activities
- Take full responsibility for office facility management and upkeep
- Support HR in handling employee-related matters
- Help in preparing and maintaining HR MIS reports
- Provide accurate attendance inputs for salary processing
- Offer support to JSM clients using JSM HRIS Software
- Work on JSM Software Products for internal and client-related tasks
- Assist in timesheet tracking and reporting
- Manage relationships and communication with JSM clients
- Support accounts team in collection follow-ups and coordination
- Coordinate with sales department for smooth information flow
- Assist in preparing sales MIS and handling sales-related work
- Perform data entry work related to JSM software products
- Enter and manage client data in JSM Software Products
