Job Description

  • Complete administration management including daily office operations
  • Assist HR in recruitment processes and screening activities
  • Take full responsibility for office facility management and upkeep
  • Support HR in handling employee-related matters
  • Help in preparing and maintaining HR MIS reports
  • Provide accurate attendance inputs for salary processing
  • Offer support to JSM clients using JSM HRIS Software
  • Work on JSM Software Products for internal and client-related tasks
  • Assist in timesheet tracking and reporting
  • Manage relationships and communication with JSM clients
  • Support accounts team in collection follow-ups and coordination
  • Coordinate with sales department for smooth information flow
  • Assist in preparing sales MIS and handling sales-related work
  • Perform data entry work related to JSM software products
  • Enter and manage client data in JSM Software Products
  • Handle client communications via email in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain various MIS reports
  • Coordinate effectively with JSM clients for product and service updates
  • Liaise with JSM development and testing teams for product issues and updates
  • Provide ongoing support to JSM's internal HR team
  • Coordinate with external vendors for operational requirements
