Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee post-commercialization quality handover processes and ensure smooth transitions between Product and Service teams.
- Act as the CSQ representative in cross-functional governance, providing quality input and alignment on product withdrawals.
- Ensure quality assurance for withdrawn products by tracking issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring resolutions.
- Manage customer satisfaction by defining technical support structures and SLA agreements for end-of-life products.
Key Deliverables:
- Successful implementation of standardized quality handover processes.
- Effective quality governance and alignment during product withdrawal phases.
- Timely resolution of quality incidents with documented corrective actions.
