Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the delivery of Automotive Projects:
- ODC Setup, ODC Resource Planning & deployment, New Team members training & induction to ODC, competency mapping and training plan, ODC Lab Infrastructure setup and tracking
- · Proficiency in understanding key technical aspects of the project, successfully
- · leading/executing/delivering key automotive projects within timeline, budget, and quality for OEMs.
- Skilled in Project Planning, Estimation, Billing, Schedule, Resource allocation and Expenses to ensure that targets were achieved.
- Expert in Risk Management, Stakeholder Interaction, Project status preparation and tracking,
- deliverables tracking, Root Cause analysis on Customer/Internal defects, Productivity
- Improvements, Providing Resolution, and Implementing Best Practices
- Good experience in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Defect Management Tools and Internal Project
- Management tools, Doors, SVN.
- Very good process expertise such as ASPICE, Agile, Waterfall models.
- Lead, mentor, retention and motivate high performance project resources for seamless delivery across engagements for all clients, PMP Certified.
- Establish operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across the delivery organization and meet targets for project revenue, profitability and utilization
- Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets. · Take complete ownership for Delivery Governance of their accounts and carry out regular project audits to evaluate SLA, compliance and quality · Overseeing teams across the different stages of project delivery by supervising staff
- Maintain key customer relationships. Lead the new customer acquisition initiatives.
- Evaluating customer feedback and instituting changes as necessary to manage expectations
- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal functional organizations like practice/Competency, operations, sales teams to achieve business targets. · Bachelors or Master's degree in engineering or related technical field
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution preferred
- At least 15 years of experience in software development, testing and delivery of complex software projects in the domains of automotive development and/or testing
- Have executed software projects/programs of 3 M$ or more
- Have experience in managing customer escalations independently
- Have thorough understanding and experience of managing projects in conventional and agile development environment · Have led a team of at least 200+ engineers of multiple technology domains / disciplines · Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others · Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams · Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
