Non Voice Customer Service Executive

Work Timings: 5 PM to 2:30 AM IST

WFO/WFH: Work from office

Qualification Any Graduation (BCom, BSC, BA, BBA Etc) except Computer science graduates.

Processing Membership / Claims transactions or a health care project in Chennai CDC5 location.

User to be ready for work from office 5 days a week and should be based out of Chennai location. Should not have any arrears in academic semester.

Should have WIFI connection in home.

User should have good english written, understanding and communication skills. Should be strong in email drafting.

User should undergo Versant Written test before onboarding and the scores should be shared to hiring manager.
