Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-technical positions using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate and conduct initial interviews (telephonic and face-to-face) to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other hiring events to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment for non-IT roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and MS Office.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
