Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-technical positions using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial interviews (telephonic and face-to-face) to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Coordinate with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other hiring events to attract top talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment for non-IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and MS Office.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
