Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Backend Developers skilled in Node.js and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Couchbase. The role involves building scalable APIs, working on real-time data processing with Kafka, and deploying applications on GCP using Docker/Kubernetes. Strong experience in API architecture, data migration, and cloud-native development is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance APIs using Node.js
- Migrate and manage document-based databases (e.g., from MongoDB to Couchbase)
- Ensure strong observability with logging, tracing, and analytics in API design
- Work with Kafka for real-time data processing and streaming
- Implement reusable integration solutions with webhooks and API patterns
- Collaborate with mobile teams and support app backend integration
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and container orchestration
