Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for production and development environments.
• Configure and manage services across multiple platforms.
• Implement solutions at operating system level for enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and endpoint-related issues.
• Collaborate with vendors, software providers, and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Handle L1 and L2 support escalation and resolution.
• Identify automation opportunities using Nexthink and Intune.
• Contribute to team discussions and provide technical solutions to complex problems.
• Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of system performance.
