Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DESIRED SKILL:

Accounting

·        Well versed with Different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Income tax etc.

·        Operational knowledge about payroll

·        Adherence to the policies of the client with regard to accounting and reporting

·        Identifying accounting / legal issues

·        Responsible for client compliances and deliverables – MIS, TDS, GST, Service Tax, Profession Tax

·        Monitoring the funds of the client

·        Accounting upto and including finalization

·        MIS review, independent GL scrutiny

·        Co-ordination with the bankers, internal teams

·        Billing and Recovery

 

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Good review skills, ability to spot accounting issues and arrive at solutions

·        Practical experience in accounting and knowledge of compliances to suit the organization's needs

·        Crossed the boundaries of operational delivery and stepped into the space of organizing, planning and development
