Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage production support activities to keep applications running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
• Make informed decisions to maintain application uptime and minimize disruptions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding system status, incidents, and resolutions.
• Implement process improvements to enhance production support operations.

Required Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in production support or related Java/SQL projects.
• Experience in supply chain domain projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
