Job Description
• Manage and support large-scale enterprise network infrastructure and data center operations.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco routers and switches including technologies like STP, VTP, HSRP, and VLAN.
• Work on routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and static/dynamic routing environments.
• Handle WAN troubleshooting and coordinate with ISPs for network connectivity issues.
• Provide support for Cisco VoIP systems and basic call manager configurations.
• Monitor and resolve network incidents, problems, and change management tickets efficiently.
• Ensure smooth network operations in 24x7 support environments.
• Perform network security troubleshooting including firewalls and basic security configurations.
• Work with Nexus switches, Riverbed WAN optimization devices, and F5 platforms where required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders for faster issue resolution and process improvements.
• Participate in technical discussions, meetings, and operational reviews.
