Network Engineer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to become a part of our team in India. The perfect candidate will possess 2-6 years of expertise in the design, execution, and administration of network infrastructures. Your primary duties will include ensuring the dependability and security of our network systems, working alongside other IT professionals, and assisting end-users with their networking needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Monitor network performance and security while identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and additional network devices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other services and platforms.
• Document network configurations, processes, and modifications for future reference.
• Offer technical support to end-users and provide training on network usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• 2-6 years of experience in network engineering or a related position.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Expertise in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
• Knowledge of network security best practices and firewall configurations.
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
