Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support enterprise network infrastructure based on Cisco technologies
• Implement and manage routing protocols including BGP and OSPF
• Configure and troubleshoot static routes, default routes, VRF, and IP SLA
• Manage route redistribution between BGP and OSPF environments
• Configure and maintain L2/L3 switching, VLANs, and Spanning Tree Protocol (STP)
• Implement High Availability solutions using HSRP
• Configure and manage Cisco Zone-Based Firewalls (class map, policy map, zone pairs)
• Design and support WAN technologies including DMVPN and GRE tunnels
• Configure ACLs and implement policy-based routing solutions
• Perform IP addressing design, subnetting, and network planning
• Support enterprise wireless and wired network architecture
• Work within Cisco hierarchical network design models for scalable architecture
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across enterprise environments
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure network availability, security, and performance
