Job Description
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson APZ 210, IOG11C, BYB501
- Knowledge of IN and Routing Concepts, IN2.1, and IN Call Flows
- Expertise in signaling protocols SS7 (INAP/ISUP) and ISDN 30
- Understanding of database concepts related to SMAS
- Experience with Telesis Ocean Fast SSP and Signaling Unit
- Familiarity with Sonus systems and units
- Good knowledge of VOIP functioning and SO Services
- Knowledge of KPN call flows and tools like NMF or other ticket tracking systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts (10 AM to 11 PM IST) and on-call rotation
