Network Developer 4

Responsibilities:

• Improve operational tooling, practices, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate across teams to drive KPI and SLO improvements and reduce operational pain points.
• Organize incident management procedures and serve as Tier 2 or specialized escalation point for outage events.
• Conduct root cause analysis, lead post-event actions, and resolve complex system issues.
• Develop new metrics, dashboards, and provide operational assessments for incoming systems.
• Advise leadership on integration options, organize technical milestones, coordinate tasks, and document project requirements.
• Develop automation scripts for complex tasks and lead network automation projects.
