Network Developer 3

Responsibilities:

• Participate in network lifecycle management through build and upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with program/project managers to develop milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and safely execute network changes using existing or new procedures.
• Serve as technical lead for team projects and contribute to roadmap development.
• Develop new runbooks and methods of procedures; mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in network solution and architecture design.
• Take responsibility for developing standalone features.
• Participate in operational rotations and provide break-fix support for events.
• Serve as escalation point for event remediation and lead post-event root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with network automation services for tooling development and integration.
• Frequently develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Serve as SME for software development projects supporting network automation.
• Support network vendor software bug fixes and collaborate with vendor QA teams for bug resolution and firmware/OS qualification.
